Note: this issue is solved in firmware version 3.6 and higher

SX-R4+ users equipped with the “4CH OUT on XLR-5M” option are confronted with a bug in FW version 3.5.
After switching the unit off and on again, the optional board appears to be functional, but does not provide any audio signal (either in AES or analog).
If the situation arises, the board must be deactivated and then reactivated. The cause of the problem is not solved, but at least the optional board is working. Our developers will fix this bug in a few weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
